When Sean Kappauf, a former pastor, visited El Salvador, he met a child named Bryan. Spending time with Bryan and his mother, Kappauf learned about the global water crisis affecting mostly children under 5 years old. He creates a nonprofit organization, One ATTA Time, aimed to provide areas in need with clean filtered water through a simple filtration system.​
